During the low season only, the granny flat is available to be rented for up to 2 people on its own for $460 p/w with a maximum of a 2 week stay.

Low Season - $700.00 p/wk All time throughout the year that is Qld School Term 
Mid Season - $1350.00 p/wk (June/July Hols and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)
High Season - $2380.00 p/wk (September Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)

Peak Season - $3030.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week) *
