The open plan living areas feature a superb timber cathedral ceiling accentuated by  ceiling to floor windows, flooding the area with natural light, breathtaking views and ocean breezes

Up Stairs provides a mezzanine level that contains a second lounge area with pool table, 2 x King sized bedrooms . The carpeted master bedroom enjoys ocean views,  lovely ensuite with spa bath and separate shower, walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom also is king sized and contains a king bed and two king size single beds. There is another main family bathroom.

Rear upstairs verandah captures the most beautiful sunsets, this area also has an outside kitchen, BBQ and washing machine. Rear stairs lead to the pet friendly rear back yard. The  home is equipped with AC.

The rear of the property is fully fenced with gates. Your fur babies are most welcome to this home as well, but strictly outside. All pet friendly homes will require a pet security deposit to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure... *** $50 surcharge will be added to the tariff*** As this is a highly prestigious home, the pet requirements will be considerable.

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

Low Season - $1130.00 p/wk All time throughout the year that is Qld School Term 

Mid Season - $2230.00 p/wk (June/July and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)

High Season - $2830.00 p/wk (Sept Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas &    New Year Weeks)                                                                                                                 

Peak Season - $3530.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend      Week) 

A Booking Fee of $30 is included in each tariff, to be paid with the deposit.
