This home is also equipped with an amazing, spacious deck with ocean views, as well as a fully fenced backyard for your pets to run around. 

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

Low Season - $630.00 p/wk All time throughout the year that is Qld School Term 
Mid Season - $1130.00 p/wk (June/July and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)
High Season - $1630.00 p/wk (Sept Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)                                                             

Peak Season - $2030.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week) *

A booking fee of $30 is included in the Tariff *

All pet friendly homes will require a pet bond to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure... *** $25 surcharge will also be added to the tariff***This well presented home will not disappoint.

Please also note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are required to bring your own bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels, as well as all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc. 

You must also provide a copy of a valid driver's license and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.
