With two brand new bathrooms and two generous living areas, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax. The home is almost fully air-conditioned, has ceiling fans throughout, and is fully screened for year-round comfort. The only room without AC is the bedroom with 2 single beds. The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop and dishwasher, perfect for easy holiday cooking. 

Enjoy your morning coffee with uninterrupted beach views, or take a 1-minute stroll to Salty Seas Café. The General Store is just 5 minutes away on foot, and the Woodgate Beach Club is a 10-minute walk.

Pets are welcome, though please note the yard is not fenced, pet security is your responsibility. Pets must remain downstairs or outside; additional fees will apply if pets are taken upstairs. Please be mindful that the owners of this beautiful property have opened up their home for your pets as well, so please follow the rules.

Please note: There is no Wi-Fi at this property – the perfect excuse to unplug and unwind.

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

Low Season - $980.00 p/wk All time during the year that is Qld School Term 

Mid Season - $1680.00 p/wk (June/July Hols and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)

High Season - $2430.00 p/wk (September Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)

Peak Season - $2930.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week)           

*A non refundable booking fee of $30 is included in the Tariff *

Property sleeps 8 with 3 x Queen Beds and 2 x Single Beds. Linen is not supplied at this property. You are required to bring your bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels and bath mats. Doonas and Pillows are supplied and don’t forget to pack your beach towels.

Please note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are also required to bring all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc.

You must also provide a copy of a valid driver’s license (photo ID) AND credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.

All pet friendly homes will require a pet bond to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure... *** $25 surcharge will also be added to the tariff***

There is no WiFi supplied at this property. For those guests using Vodaphone, you will get no reception in the Woodgate area. All other providers seem to be OK.
