This stylish 2-bedroom beach house is designed to comfortably sleep up to 4 guests, with a luxurious king bed in the master and two singles in the second bedroom – perfect for families, couples, or friends.

Enjoy the spacious 2-way bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, and the convenience of ducted air conditioning throughout, plus ceiling fans and full screening for year-round comfort.

You'll love the open-plan living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas cooktop and dishwasher – perfect for relaxed holiday meals. There's also a designated work space and WiFi for those who need to stay connected.

Step outside to your private, rear-facing patio, surrounded by lush gardens and complete with a comfortable 6-seater outdoor dining set – ideal for morning coffee or sunset dinners.

Please note:
To help keep tariffs affordable, guests are required to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc.).
You're also asked to bring your own consumables (toilet paper, toiletries, dishwashing liquid, etc.). A few starter items are provided for your convenience on arrival.

We welcome your fur babies, but ask that you respect the house rules. Pets must stay in the living area only, and the yard is not fenced, so please ensure their safety. Additional cleaning fees may apply if pet rules are not followed.

Please be mindful that this peaceful complex is shared with both holidaymakers and permanent residents, so noise should be kept to a respectful level.

Your home away from home is ready and waiting – just bring your beach towel and relax!

 All pet friendly homes will require a pet security deposit to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure... *** $25 surcharge will be added to the tariff***

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

Low Season - $630.00 p/wk All time throughout the year that is Qld School Term 
Mid Season - $1060.00 p/wk (June/July and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)
High Season - $1480.00 p/wk (Sept Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)         

Peak Season - $1880.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week) 

A Booking Fee of $30 is included in each tariff, to be paid with the deposit.

Please also note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are required to bring your own bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels, as well as all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc. 

You must also provide a copy of a valid driver's license and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.

There is WiFi available at this property. For those guests using Vodaphone, you will get no reception in the Woodgate area. All other providers seem to be OK.
