The kitchen also boasts an outside servery hatch to complement eating and dining on the fantastic, ocean facing, rear, timber entertainment deck.

There are three, roomy, Queen sized bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, and built in robes. Large modern family bathroom contains a full bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet.

Concertina timber doors melds the inside to the outside and provides access to the rear, ocean facing entertainment/barbecue area. Overlooking the  National Park, the peace, tranquility and privacy will leave you refreshed every time.

A three bedroom plan, with very large living areas is ideal for families to holiday comfortably, and create memorable memories.

Outside pets are welcome, however the property is not fenced. The back deck has a stair gate to secure the area. All pet friendly homes will require a pet security to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure.  Please ensure you pick up after your pet. Additional charges may apply if there are signs of pet hair on furniture.  *** $25 surcharge will be added to the tariff***

Mid Season - $850.00 p/wk (June/July and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)
High Season - $1250.00 p/wk (Sept Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)                                                                      Peak Season - $1480.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week) *

A booking fee of $30 is included in the Tariff *

Please also note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are required to bring your own bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels, as well as all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc. 

You must also provide a copy of a valid driver's license and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.

There is no WiFi available at this property. For those guests using Vodaphone, you will get no reception in the Woodgate area. All other providers see, tp be OK.
