There is a half wall to separate lounge and living for the air con to also cool you while you sleep.

Main House sleeps 6  -  3 Queen Beds - 

Attached Fully fitted out Granny Flat accommodates a further 2 guests (1 Queen) is also available for an extra $300 during Low and Mid Season Tariffs. The whole house and granny flat is included in High and Peak Season Tariffs.

During the low season only, the granny flat is available to be rented for up to 2 people on its own for $430 p/w with a maximum of a 2 week stay. 

All pet friendly homes will require a pet bond to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure... *** $25 surcharge will also be added to the tariff***

Low Season - $650.00 p/wk All time throughout the year that is Qld School Term House Only Price
Mid Season - $1380.00 p/wk (June/July Hols and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols) House Only Price
High Season - $2030.00 p/wk (September Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks) House and Flat Included

Peak Season - $2480.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week) House and Flat Included

Please also note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are required to bring your own bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels, as well as all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc. Some items may be supplied for your convenience on arrival, but you are required to supply your own for the duration of your stay.

You must also provide a copy of a valid driver's license and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.

There IS WiFi available at this property. For those guests using Vodaphone, you will get no reception in the Woodgate area. All other providers seem to be OK.
