Capturing sea breezes on the top and bottom decks will see you wanting to spend all of your time outside. Only a short stroll to the playground and BBQ area at Banksia Park. The home is completely screened with ceiling fans throughout and A/C in the main living area. Well appointed kitchen, and that ever important dishwasher.

Outside pets are welcome, the property is fully fenced. All pet friendly homes will require a pet bond to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure.   Please ensure you pick up after your pet. Additional charges may apply if there are signs of pet hair on furniture. *** $25 surcharge will be added to the tariff***

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

Low Season - $750.00 p/wk All time throughout the year that is Qld School Term 
Mid Season - 1450.00 p/wk (June/July and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)
High Season - $1930.00 p/wk (Sept Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas &                                                     New Year Weeks)                                                                     Peak Season - $2430.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend                                                       Week) *
