The open plan living and dining area is full of style, featuring timber floorboards, super high ceilings, and huge surrounding patio areas. Beautiful stone bench tops, breakfast bar, gas cooking and dishwasher, ample cabinetry are on offer in the kitchen which is perfect for entertaining.

Four Bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom  has an ensuite which also includes a full size luxurious bath. All bedrooms are air conditioned with the kitchen and lounge room having a feature large ceiling fan. Free unlimited NBN Wifi is included.

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

Low Season - $930.00 p/wk All time throughout the year that is Qld School Term 
Mid Season - $1630.00 p/wk (June/July and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)
High Season - $2530.00 p/wk (Sept Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)                                                                     Peak Season - $2930.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week) *

*A booking fee of $30 is included in the Tariff *

Outside only pets are welcome and the property has a fully fenced section. All pet friendly homes will require a pet security deposit to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure.  ***$25 animal allowance surcharge will be added to the tariff for those travelling with pets***

Please also note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are required to bring your own bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels, as well as all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc. 

You must also provide a copy of a valid driver's license and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $200 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.
