Please Note
The owners are currently undertaking improvements to the property. During this time:

  • The former games room has been converted into a comfortable second sitting room and the pool table is no longer available.
  • The backyard is currently undergoing a makeover and landscaping works.
  • A carport is available for guest use.
  • The shed is not accessible to guests
  • The property is fully fenced again, however, pet security is still your responsibility. Please check the perimeter to ensure your pets needs are covered.

Pet Friendly Information
Pets are welcome at this property. All pet-friendly homes require a pet bond to be paid on arrival and held by our agency until a post-departure inspection has been completed. * A $25 pet surcharge will also apply.*

PRICES AS FOLLOWS:

 

Low Season - $1230.00 p/wk All time during the year that is Qld School Term 

Mid Season - $2030.00 p/wk (June/July Hols and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)

High Season - $2650.00 p/wk (September Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas & New Year Weeks)

Peak Season - $3430.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend Week)  

A booking fee of $30 is included in the Tariff *

Please also note that this property is not serviced during your stay. You are required to bring your own bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels, as well as all of your consumables. This includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, toilet paper, detergents etc. 

You must also provide a copy of a valid driver's license and credit card for security purposes upon key collection. Debit cards are NOT accepted. A cash deposit of $500 can be held by our agency if there is no credit card available.

If you notice any maintenance or cleaning issues, please let us know within 6 hours of check-in. This will allow us the opportunity to promptly address any concerns so you can fully enjoy your time here.
