This spectacular property can comfortably accommodate two families coming together for a holiday or up to 8 people. The rear yard is Pet friendly for outside pets only and fully fenced.

This spacious, two-level home is perfect for enjoying with friends and family. With two living areas plus an outdoor entertaining area, everyone has space to enjoy the holiday of their dreams. With sliding windows and doors on all sides of the property, the resulting cool sea breezes will keep the temperature just right. Ocean glimpses abound from the fantastic, newly extended deck.

The sparkling inground pool will keep the kids occupied for hours while you enjoy a glass of champagne or a cold beer on the patio. The house is stocked with games and books…..what a great way to encourage the kids to ‘unplug’ for a weekend, week or even longer.

The safe and beautiful waters of Woodgate Beach are walking distance, perfect for even small children to enjoy safely. Bring your tinnie, the boat ramps are minutes away and the fishing is always great. Just a 5 minute drive will see you at many fantastic fishing, barbequing and swimming areas. There are a variety of restaurants and cafes that Woodgate has to offer.... the beer is always cold at the local Woodgate Hotel and Bowls Club... courtesy buses service both.

Outside pets are welcome, the property is fully fenced at the rear. All pet friendly homes will require a pet security to be paid on arrival, and to be held by our agency until an inspection has occurred after departure.  *** $25 surcharge will be added to the tariff***

Low Season - $850.00 p/wk All time throughout the year that is Qld School Term 
Mid Season - $1550.00 p/wk (June/July and other 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year Hols)
High Season - $2230.00 p/wk (Sept Hols, Fishing Comp & week either side of Christmas &                                                     New Year Weeks)                                                                     Peak Season - $2730.00 p/wk (Christmas Week, New Year Week and Easter long weekend                                                       Week) *
